Allan Jay Kellogg Jr. is a retired United States Marine Corps sergeant major who served with distinction during the Vietnam War. He is best known for his actions as a staff sergeant on March 11, 1970, which earned him the nation's highest military decoration for valor, the Medal of Honor.
