Arthur Herbert Lindsay Richardson

Arthur Herbert Lindsay Richardson VC was an England-born Canadian recipient of the Victoria Cross, the highest and most prestigious award for gallantry in the face of the enemy that can be awarded to British and Commonwealth forces.

Richardson served as a Sergeant in the Canadian Army. His exceptional bravery under fire earned him the Victoria Cross, marking him as one of the distinguished figures in Canadian military history.

His Victoria Cross is displayed at the Canadian War Museum in Ottawa, Ontario, and his legacy is honored with a memorial at the Liverpool Anglican Cathedral. He was laid to rest at the Liverpool Cathedral St. James Gardens.
