Charles McCorrie

Charles McCorrie (also known as McCurry) was born in Killead, County Antrim in 1830. He served as a Private in the British Army during the mid-19th century. He achieved historical distinction for his actions on the battlefield, which earned him the highest military honors of the United Kingdom.
