Biography
Eustace Jotham VC was an English officer in the Indian Army and a recipient of the Victoria Cross, the highest and most prestigious award for gallantry in the face of the enemy that can be awarded to British and Commonwealth forces.
He served as a Captain in the 51st Sikhs (Frontier Force) of the Indian Army. During his service, his actions in the face of the enemy earned him the Victoria Cross, which remains the premier decoration for gallantry in the British and Commonwealth military honors systems.
