Henry I. Smith

Henry I. Smith is an American inventor and physicist who has made significant contributions to the fields of engineering and nanotechnology. He co-founded two MIT spin-offs, LumArray, Inc., and Sublimit, LLC, which successfully extended the practical applications of his advanced scientific research.

Throughout his career, Smith has been recognized by leading scientific and engineering organizations. He is an elected Member of the National Academy of Engineering and a Fellow of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences, reflecting his standing in the academic and professional communities.
