Biography

Joseph Quick was a United States Navy coxswain who received the Medal of Honor for rescuing his USS Yorktown shipmate, Machinist's Mate Second Class Walenty Wisnieroski, from drowning on April 27, 1902, in port in Yokohama, Japan.
