Michael Harold Ollis was an American military non-commissioned officer. He was a staff sergeant in the U.S. Army's 10th Mountain Division, awarded the Medal of Honor in 2026 for his actions on August 28, 2013, in Ghazni Province, Afghanistan, protecting a Polish army officer, 2nd Lt. Karol Cierpica, during a suicide bombing. The Medal of Honor was awarded to his parents in a White House ceremony on March 2, 2026, by President Donald Trump.
