Morris E. Crain

Morris E. Crain was a United States Army soldier who served during World War II. Holding the rank of Technical Sergeant, he distinguished himself through acts of conspicuous gallantry and intrepidity, ultimately earning the nation's highest military decoration for valor.

His exceptional service and sacrifice during the conflict were recognized posthumously. In addition to being awarded the Medal of Honor, his legacy was honored by the U.S. military when an Army vessel was named in his memory.
